• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
• Return Policy Products can be exchanged or Returned 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange or return is not applicable on products purchased in offers or other promotional discounts To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Return requests can be initiated via email/phone below or in person at any EBADI store. (+91 8877995522 / hey@ebadiperfumes.com) Reason must be specified with pictures for processing any exchange Please note that replacement dispatch process will be initiated only after we receive the returned product. 
• Refunds, once approved after due diligence, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
